Directions

1. In a saucepan, heat oil on medium heat.​

2. In a bowl, mash potatoes, add bacon, dried thyme and vegetable seasoning, until it’s properly mixed together. Start shaping the potato mixture into golf ball sizes. Create a hole and stuff with a cheddar cube.​

3. Dip the potato balls into beaten egg, followed by breadcrumbs and deep fry in heated cooking oil

  • 15ml dried thyme​
  • 15ml vegetable seasoning​
  • 200g cheddar, cut into cubes​
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs​
  • 2 eggs, beaten​
  • 1L cooking oil​
